This page lists the cookies and similar technologies Signet Protocol uses, and how to control them. It matches the choice offered in our cookie banner: essential technologies always run, and analytics only run if you accept them.
Amazon Cognito sets a session cookie/token for members who are logged in, so the platform knows who is signed in. Stripe and Sumsub may set essential cookies during payment and identity-verification flows. These cannot be switched off, as the platform cannot function without them, and they only apply to logged-in members and applicants — not to visitors browsing the public site.
We use PostHog to understand how the site is used and to improve it. PostHog only loads after you accept analytics cookies in the banner; if you reject or ignore the banner, it never loads. When enabled, PostHog may record anonymised usage patterns such as pages visited and interactions on the page.
